On July 24, 2010, Gurdonark released a collection of images and songs called "Butterflies of North Texas". The collection has its own weblog, located at
Fluttersongs
In keeping with the title, each image and each song is about a butterfly found in north Texas.
The Gulf Fritillary, pictured above, lacks a song of its own. This is a thing to ponder, as it's lovely enough to deserve a sonata.
